Victoria was raised in Cali, Colombia in a house among her extended family (20 people). Victoria remembers fondly the food and dancing of her native Colombia.
Victoria started life speaking Spanish, attended a French speaking school in Cali and later got her masters degree in Psychology from the University of Paris. Now she studies in her third language, English, at USM (with special thanks to the Portland English as Second Language Scholarship Fund).
