  | Gael moved to Portland, ME a year and a half ago from Pointe-Noire, Republic of the Congo. He has learned English and made friends very quickly. "Steve" works in construction as well as painting interiors, as a home business. For painting jobs he can be reached at 207-272-8192. Steve hopes to be able to enlist in the US Navy this coming summer.
